    I’m from Sioux Falls and I hired LVL to re-build a stoop at my sister’s house in Sioux City. Ernie provided an estimate for the work which was very reasonable. Once he started the work he found out there was more wood that needed to be replaced than expected. I asked Ernie about the additional cost as they were working and he said the only extra cost would be for the wood but not the labor because it was included in the original estimate. The job took longer than expected but LVL did not charge for extra labor only the cost of the wood. It is refreshing to be able to work with a contractor does what he says he’s going and not be taken advantage of at the end of the project. I would highly recommend LVL Maintenance & Beautification to anyone looking for an honest contractor that does what says and does a very good job.
